Why TIFAQ

Critical trip information should not depend on finding the right message.

Hajj and Umrah operations can span WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets, PDFs, tickets, verbal announcements, group leaders, and last-minute changes.

TIFAQ is designed around connected operational state, so one change can reach the correct office staff, leader, and pilgrim without turning the trip into another chat feed.

01
Admin manages the trip.

The back office sees the whole operation.

02
Leaders operate the trip.

On-ground staff get fast, scoped controls.

03
Pilgrims experience the trip.

The complexity stays behind the scenes.

Why it exists

Built from firsthand experience.

TIFAQ began after founder Mustafa Sabil experienced Hajj and saw how critical trip information could become fragmented across messages, websites, tickets, schedules, verbal announcements, and group leaders.

The goal is simple: give Hajj and Umrah organizers one operational system that connects the people managing the trip, the people operating it on the ground, and the pilgrims experiencing it.

Operator conversations

Run Hajj and Umrah trips with more clarity.

We are currently speaking with operators about how they manage trips today and where the biggest operational friction exists.
